How Your Information Is Used

We use your name and email to get in touch with you when you ask us to and to help you access our online courses. We also use your information to send out certificates when you finish a course. If you choose our full-service option, your details help us keep track of individuals learning progress and to provide reports.

How we look after your information

For individuals purchasing and completing learning within our eLearning hub all your information relating to your learning is kept within the Hub and not shared across any other platforms. For small business purchasing our full service option, learning data may be downloaded to provide reporting in an excel dashboard, we will work with you to either provide the report via your own systems or by providing you access to your own specific space on our sharepoint site. Any downloaded data will be deleted as soon as it has been integrated into the report. Your Rights and Choices

It’s your call how much information you want to share with us. Just so that you know, if you decide not to give your name or email, we’ll be unable to send you training links or certificates after you’ve finished a course. If you ever want to see what personal details we have about you, just ask! And if you notice something that’s not right, please let us know—we’ll happily fix it.
